On Wednesday 01st February 2012, food and beverage developers from all over the world connected with industry experts and ingredients suppliers during this 6 hour online event. We saw a 40% increase on last year’s attendance with more than 3,400 registrants and 1,797 (53%) of which attended the interactive live broadcast. These registration and attendance figures show a high level of interest in Pre- & Probiotics 2012.
